We are looking for a Community Manager, who will help us to build and grow the community around an unannounced historical game.
Junior: 40 000 – 50 000 CZK
Regular: 45 000 – 65 000 CZK
Building and managing a dedicated community of players and fans on multiple communication and social media channels including studio and project websites
Communication with the community on daily basis
Collaboration with internal departments to ensure that community feedback is addressed
Helping with the development of community-related assets such as streams, developer interviews, product updates, game tips, and tricks
Maintaining a consistent presence and promoting a user-friendly environment on community message boards
Working in collaboration with the, marketing, development, brand, publishing, quality assurance, and customer support departments to ensure a positive player experience
Drafting and distributing community reports including community reactions, sentiment, and feedback, metrics, and research; analyze the results
Asisting with the company's involvement in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events
Building and managing community for the studio itself on all dedicated communication channels
Community building, growth, and engagement strategy
Community communication channels: Social networks, blog posts, newsletters, chats, streams, websites
Community feedback to the dev team
Partners, Influencers – Communication, feedback, care, development, growth
Community events, interviews
Community assets production management together with the marketing team
Excellent spoken and written English paired with communication skills
Experience with managing online communities
Technical knowledge of online community platforms, systems, and software
Strong understanding of popular social media and gaming trends
Knowledgeable on latest technologies and techniques used in building and maintaining successful gaming communities
Drive to innovate community practices and bring community management to the next level
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated initiative and positive spirit in a rapidly changing environment
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with CMS systems
